The Hyper-Love Deceit
Love has been placed upon a pedestal. Mankind has ordained it to a role love cannot fill.
I do not wish to confuse or disappoint anyone but - 'love' must be replaced.
A bottomless well of immoral behavior is fallen into by the false reason - if it's from love, it's ok!
Love is not God's measuring tool of right and wrong, nor does it discern truth and lies. Love is God's fabric, what He is made of.
God no more defines right and wrong by 'love' than He seeks man's counsel for 'truth'.
The world reels, no careens downwardly in a spiralling storm fuelled by hell's sulfur fumes as it promotes 'love' as the measure of all morality.
If an action regardless of its morality is caused by love it must be permissable, or so fallen human reason goes.
Love protects, is kind, does not boast, is not rude, angry or bitter. In fact love does not seek itself, does not delight in evil, and rejoices in truth.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. (I Corinthians 13:6-7)
The promotion and Christian support for homosexual behavior neither recognises the truth of this as sin, nor the self-seeking, self-destructive and society-tearing nature of such relationships. Such immature Christian reason cannot perceive righteousness.
For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness, for he is an infant. "But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil." (Hebrews 5:14)
God's plumb line for measuring truth and wisdom is righteousness and justice - this is how He plumbs all of life.
Righteousness measures any immorality at all, and still names it evil.
I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the plumb-line... (Isaiah 28;17)
No matter how much love may or may not be present, if love leads to sin it remains forbidden love. If it leads to the destruction of another it is not pure love.
It is righteousness that divides good from evil.
Judgment will again be founded on righteousness, and all the upright in heart will follow it. (Psalm 95:14)
