The Lord called you in Righteousness
Jesus died for relationship, not to continue ritual. No wonder Jesus threw the temple worship out. These following relational verses are a 'canvas' painted by He who called you in righteousness.
I am the Lord; I have called you in righteousness; I will take you by the hand and keep you ~ Isaiah 42:6a
6 ways Jesus 'holds your hand':
- Jesus listens to the cry for help. ~ Psalm 22:24
- God has seen your affliction, and knows your soul's travail. ~ Psalm 31:7
- He leads you to the Rock that is higher than any other man. ~ Psalm 61:2
- Jesus stands at the right hand of the needy. ~ to save them ~ Psalm 109:31
- He counts our tears and bottles them. ~ Psalm 56:8
- Jesus invites the weary and the burdened to exchange their load for rest. ~ Matthew 11:28-30
Since a pre-dawn time, those who are called had their names written in the Book of Life, not to be wicked but to live in righteousness. Righteousness and justice are the Lord's foundations, foundations that are right, they know no wrong.
Jesus' fearfully created/formed you as His own that He may guide you in His everlasting ways.
Before I was born the Lord called me; from my birth He has mentioned my name ... Isaiah 49:1b
The Last Word:
He has kept you, keeps you and will keep you. His righteousness is the most wonderful virtue.
