We can trust Him that He will guide us home
For You are great and do marvelous deeds; you alone are God. (Psalm 86:10)
'God gives Himself to us.' ~ Max Lucado
Jesus obediently 'dropped' to earth, and there was no bitterness attached. He came to serve His Father, because He and The Father are One.
He walked in humility, and in a humiliation spiced by shame.
He traveled in all truth. His enemies tore at His heels with false accusations and deceit. He held no hand for comfort, or had none to hug.
Some wept at the foot of His Cross, while mankind bayed for His blood.
He visited to reverse the world, that all who would follow may live again.
Be wise, walk only in His shadow, with eyes set on the cross.
