Fertilizing Tomorrow
Would you rather live in the presence of God that seeks the miraculous than the weakness of faith that dismisses the miraculous?
Jesus still teaches that the Father gives the Holy Spirit without limit (John 3:34), and any who have faith in Him will do even greater things than He has done. (John 14:12)
The bar of faith Jesus holds high, but no higher than He too lived:
- He who does not give up everything he has cannot be my disciple. (Luke 14:33)
- I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies it produces many seeds. (John 12:24)
- My life is not my own, I have been bought at a price. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
As with our good Lord who battled in Gethsemane, died on Golgotha, rose from the dead and ascended into heaven:
self-death today is the fertilizer of a wonderful harvest tomorrow.
