Surely goodness and mercy shall follow all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever (Psalm 23:6)
King David expects goodness and mercy to hound him always. But, we know around 50% of his Psalms are not celebrations.
Ever doubt the goodness of God? Ever doubt the Gospel of God? Ever doubt the grace of God?
What if this hardship is my goodness? What if anxiety is the very thing that draws me into His refuge? What if anxiety is the very thing that draws you to His refuge? What if grief finds you seeking comfort in His love? What if despair causes you to seek the only real hope that is found in Jesus? And, what if in finding these things you become a vessel of His love, hope and rescue - one who can be His ambassador in a broken world revealing the truth of His goodness? ~ Bek Robinson
