4 Tips to Flourish

To be alive with color and to be thick with blooms is an overflow of health for life as much as for a garden. But we each live the many seasons of dryness, when green is most absent.

The Lord counsels how each may blossom, how they can walk with brightness beneath their feet:

1) Seek the Lord while He may be found, call on Him while He is near. - Isaiah 55:6

He will not always be available to you. Don't put Him off, especially in the parched times.

2) Look to the Lord and His strength - seek His face always. - Psalm 105:4

All other strength sources are failing, addictive or not constantly available.

3) In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths. - Proverbs 3:6

Direction from heaven is far superior than direction from just me.

4) Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will lift you up. - James 4:8

It is not correct for a man to seek his own honor.

All the trees of the forest will know that I the Lord bring down the tall tree and make the low tree grow tall. I dry up the green tree and make the dry tree flourish. (Ezekiel 17:24)

What God pledges He honors.
