3 Of God's Most Precious Promises
This number is small, not much do I require, just three, three alone are all I need.
There is no moment I live, no breath I draw, no walk I take that these promises do not hold true for.
I soak still in them. They are balms upon any heart at all that aches, or lubrication to every step of faith:
- God does not hand over the life of His doves to wild beasts. (Psalm 74:19)
- A bruised reed God will not break, a smoldering wick He will not snuff out. (Isaiah 42:3a)
- You are precious and honored in My sight, and I love you. (Isaiah 43:4a)
From these comforts join loudly with me in prayerful praise with the Psalmist:
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. (Psalm 73:26)
NOTE: 'When God's promises carry you there is no meter running'.
Today's Soul Snippet:
"Thorns on His head, wounds on His back, nails on His hands but you on His heart."
