The Strange Man

God will give a man the world who seeks none of it. It is such a man who holds no competitor in his heart to God.

This man will pray first the desires of Heaven, for God's heart and his have become as one.

He sees as God does, hears as God's does and loves as God does - righteousness has become his guide.

This unusual man who desires nought of this world has truly found his fill.

Hold lightly to the things of this world lest they trap you from the things of heaven.

He who has chosen to be strange this day for the Lord's sake, has become familiar with heaven.
