What made the wise men wise?
Where is the one who was born King of the Jews? We saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him. (Matthew 2:2)
Christmas is ill considered. This is not new.
Marching through shopping malls collides with the poverty Jesus was born in. And, distracts the human soul from considering a 'ruler' who will be a lowly shepherd.
Pumping up the credit card, deflating all energy and unsettled spirits of busyness leaves naught in reserve.
When is the 2000 year old question heard:
Where is the one who was born King of the Jews?
What made the wise men wise? They were seekers and not simply spenders.
